Meet Payden and New Kingdom Contracting

New Kingdom Contracting is a small, family owned outdoor construction company based in Prosper, Texas. It is run by Payden Connell, who is on every job and answers every text.

How we got here

Payden started out doing landscape work for neighbors around Frisco and Prosper. The requests kept getting bigger: "while you are here, can you fix this fence?" turned into full fence replacements, then patio extensions, then sprinkler systems for the new sod. In 2024 the business became New Kingdom Contracting LLC, focused on the three things customers asked for most: fences, concrete and sprinklers.

The name means something to us. We are a Christian owned company and our tagline, "Using God's gifts, for your creations," is a reminder of why we do this the way we do it. Show up, tell the truth, do good work, and treat people's homes with respect.

How we work

• You talk to the owner. Payden does the estimate, runs the job, and does the final walkthrough with you.
• Fast communication. Text is easiest for most of our customers, and we reply quickly.
• Photo and video updates. If you are at work while we are at your house, you will still see exactly what got done that day.
• Honest advice. We will tell you when a repair is smarter than a replacement, and we never sell you a product we know will not live up to what you expect.
• We clean up. Old fence hauled off, concrete chunks gone, tools picked up.
• 1 year workmanship warranty on most jobs.

Who we work with

Mostly homeowners in Celina, Prosper, Frisco, McKinney, Little Elm, Aubrey and The Colony. We also do common area work for HOAs and sub for builders and general contractors who need a dependable fence, concrete or irrigation crew on new construction.
