Posts are set deep in concrete (steel posts if you want a fence that never leans), rails are attached with the right fasteners, and pickets are hung tight and level.

Fence repair
Not every fence needs replacing. We fix leaning sections, replace rotten posts and rails, rebuild sagging gates, and repair storm damage. If a repair is going to be throwing good money after bad, we will say so and give you both numbers.
Fence staining and sealing
Stain is the cheapest way to double the life of a wood fence. We clean, brighten and apply a quality semi-transparent or solid stain on new and existing fences. Popular colors around here are natural cedar, warm honey and dark walnut. New fences need 4 to 8 weeks to dry before staining. We will schedule it for you.

How much does a new fence cost in the Frisco, Prosper and McKinney area?
Most full cedar privacy fence replacements land between $5,000 and $20,000 depending on length, height, style (standard vs. board on board), steel vs. wood posts, gates and stain. A typical quarter acre lot with about 200 to 250 feet of 6 foot cedar fence is usually in the middle of that range. Send us photos or a plat and we will give you a real number.
How long does a fence install take?
Most residential fences take 1 to 3 days once we start. Post setting, curing and picket install are usually spread over two visits so the concrete can set up properly. Staining, if you want it, is a separate visit once the wood has dried out.
Cedar or pine?
Cedar costs more up front but resists rot and insects and holds stain beautifully. Treated pine is cheaper and fine for budget projects. We will tell you honestly which one makes sense for your situation.
Do you repair fences or only replace them?
We repair. Leaning sections, broken posts, rotted rails, storm damage, sagging gates. If the fence has life left in it we will tell you, and we will not push a full replacement you do not need.
Do I need a permit or HOA approval?
Most cities around us do not require a permit for a standard residential fence replacement, but many HOAs require approval for height, style and stain color. We are used to working with HOAs and can help you with what they need.
Do you stain fences?
Yes. We stain new fences (after the wood dries, usually 4 to 8 weeks) and we clean and re-stain existing fences. Semi-transparent stains in cedar and warm brown tones are the most popular in our area.
